Fn_ JAN 2 S 2020 GiwlN%1;- AL I=ILF;, DVVR SECTION Attached is our non -storm water discharge letter documenting that an inspection was conducted on 12/5/19 to ensure the Current Lighting Solutions, LLC facility (formerly GE Lighting) is in compliance for the second half of 2019. Per the acknowledgment of the letter, there was no non -storm water discharge noted or visibly noted in our report. All the outfalls and outfall contributory industrial parking lots did not have any issues during the inspection. The five representative outfalls that were sampled are 001, 002, 003, 004, and 011. Martin Plant Manager Current Lighting Solutions, LLC Attachment: E�010 p5 artartftur,� Hwy. asri Flat Roe C 87fZ� w _._.eurlrenffV e.com Non -Storm Water Discharges The discharge covered by the storm water permit has been tested or evaluated for the presence of non -storm water discharges and, if applicable, all non -storm water discharges from these outfalls are identified in the plan. The following is;a description for the method used, the dates of any testing, and the on - site drainage points that were directly observed during the test: Site EHS Engineer conducted a property wide visual inspection of all storm water basins, culverts, outfalls, impervious surfaces, yards & grounds. Findings of Non -Storm Water Discharge Evaluation conducted on 12/05/19: 1. No non -storm water discharge has occurred during the period between July 1, 2019 and December 05, 2019. 2. All outfalls inspected for signs of non -storm water discharge on 12/5/19. Inspection consisted of visual observation of all storm water drains, basins, and culverts for each outfall. Work was conducted by grounds crew to clean out the leaves and grass growing up in the edge of the basins prior to sampling. Work was completed on 10/19/19. Findings of Non -Storm Water Discharge Sampling conducted on 12/17/19: 1. Several outfalls, DA-001, DA-002, DA-004, and DA-011 had Zinc (Zn) metal detections, but not above our benchmark limit. There was one detection of lead (Pb) on outfall DA- 004 (below our benchmark limit) and no detections of any copper (Cu) at any outfalls. There is no non -storm water discharge above our facilities permitted limit as sampled and reported to the DWQ on 12/17/19. "I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gathered and evaluated the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations." Plant Manager
