These DMRs are being submitted as the sample designated in the Tier III section of the permit. As required in Tier III of the Stornlwater Plan, Bendel will continue to monitor for all required parameters until such time as the site can demonstrate three consecutive samples that are below the benchmark value for all parameters in a Tier response. Based on the new general stortllwater permit, this should be attainable for copper. Once attainment has been reached for copper, Bendel may seek a variance front the Department of Environmental Quality for zinc.
