My Easter was great, lots of friends, family, and eggs!
A JD was issued on September 21, 2005 by Mickey (Action ID 200501203) for most of the North River Club
site, see attached map. However, the parcel of land in question, Tract 8, was delineated and surveyed in 2008,
but the owner isn't certain that it was submitted to the Corps. The former owner's agent isn't releasing the
information for reasons unknown to me. If nothing was ever submitted for Tract 8, then we'll have to go out
and delineate it, but at the same time, we don't want to do it if the documentation was submitted or a JD was
issued.

Which section of North Rivers are you referring too? Mickey has looked at some ditches in a couple different
areas but an actual J D of the fields and ditch networks have not been done. However, even if 1 did have a J D l

I am trying to track down any approved wetland delineations for the North River Club (NRC) in Beaufort.
What do I need to do to locate this data? l know some delineations were performed and some have been
approved but am not sure if all them have. I'm asking this because the former engineering company contracted
to do the work is refusing to supply the client, NRC, with the data.
