The wash plant will receive crushed stone from an onsite quarry and by utilizing fresh water will assist with stone segregation to produce variable size stone with ,no fine materials. Provide a highwall detail that includes the highwall barrier at the top of the highwall and bench heights/widths. 5. Provide a comprehensive erosion and sediment control plan that includes construction details and supporting calculations. Sediment basins must pass a 25 year 24 hour storm event.
