Hey Dana,
Thanks for the email. As discussed, we are comparing all of the total wetland impact values listed across the Project
Narrative, MP-2 Form, and the Project drawings. It appears that each of these have different total values for wetland
impacts: Project Narrative — 0.096ac when adding listed values though it states 0.097ac for calculated total, MP-2 Form —
0.101ac, and Drawings — 0.097 ac.
Impact A is consistent for the Project Narrative and Drawings (see sheet CW-1), which depicts 1459 SF
(0.033ac). However, MP-2 depicts 1656 SF (0.038ac) of fill. Impact B is consistent on the MP-2 and Project Narrative
depicting 0.001ac, however, it is depicted as 0.002ac on project drawing.
Also, the MP-2 form depicts excavation impacts of 1891 SF for Areas A-C; however, A-C total 2088 SF with the provided
dimensions.
As discussed this afternoon, we are almost at 60 days in the review process, and based on our correspondence with
Greg Currey with the USACE, he is in the process of finalizing the GP 291 process as well.
