On May 27, 2020 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to
rescind your coverage under NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG210466. After inspection of the
facility on June 3, 2020 and in accordance with your request, Certificate of Coverage
NCG210466 has been rescinded effective immediately.
