A laydown area that was used during the construction of the Flue Gas Desulfurization Wastewater Treatment System is
now stable and resurfaced with crushed stone. The discharge from this drainage area was Outfall SWO12A. It is
planned to remove the inlet box to SWO12A and plug its piping. Thus this eliminates SWO12A and returns this drainage
area to sheet flow.
Please note this change for the permit renewal of NCS000548 by removing SWO12A from the permit. If you need
additional information please let me know. I will notify you once this discharge is completely removed.
