NPDES Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for:
Dan River Combined Cycle Station -- NC000572 — Rockingham County
In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original
and one copy of the Year 4-Period 1 semiannual monitoring report for Outfail SW001, SW009
and SW010 are enclosed. The period for sampling ends on June 30, 2019. Outfalls were
sampled on March 25, 2019 and the report was issued April 9, 2019.
Outfalls SW003, SW003A, SW003B, SW004, SW005, SW006, and SW011 were physically
removed during the Fall 2017. NCDEQ WSRO sent a letter dated January 29, 2018 stating
these outfalls now sheet flow and therefore are no longer in the permit. Outfalls SW007,
SW007A and SW008 were removed from the permit in a letter from NCDEO WSRO dated July
14, 2017 due to the lack of industrial activity in the drainage area.
