Hey Andrea,
Just replied to your email from today with Jeff's comments. The design team is discussing them and we'll get
back about those comments soon.
To address your questions:
-yes, the boat ramp will impact the FBR below OHWM (which we had surveyed in and verified by Amanda); I
am collecting that cubic footage information and will be updating the PCN accordingly.
-No, the boat ramp is simply a public river access point, not specific to the hoped -for Woodfin wave park,
which is roughly 1.5 miles downstream of Silver -Line Park. I will inquire about the status of that project and
weigh in once I get clarification. I do know that the designer submitted budget and designs last week, so it's
certainly moving along but that's about the extent of my knowledge.
I'll be back in touch!
Thanks,
Owen Carson

Subject: Silver Line Park
Hi Owen,
I hope you are well. I am reviewing the Silver Line Park PCN, and I have a few questions-
It looks like there will be impacts due to the boat ramp to the French Broad River, but the PCN doesn't
account for them. Can you address these in the PCN?
I appreciate the attention to native plantings and non-native plant removal. It doesn't look like there
will be any planting on the French Broad River, however. Am I missing something?
Is the boat ramp meant to provide access to the hoped for in -river whitewater park? Do you know
where that is as far as readiness?
Thank you,
Andrea
