A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20200279, is located at the
end of Kudrow Lane, Morrisville, within Wake County. The body of water closest to the
project location is an unnamed tributary to Crabtree Creek, and the site is within the Neuse
River Basin. DMF has no comment to provide on the project, and is submitting this
response to fulfill your permitting requirements. Please contact James Harrison at
