On May 04, 2020 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to
rescind your coverage under NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG140449. After inspection of the
facility on May 13, 2020 it was determined that rescission of this permit could not be granted
until all dumping and construction activity has stopped and the site is cleared of debris and
waste.

Inspection Summary:
Inspection performed due to a request our office received for a rescission of the permit Operations has stopped. Most of the
plant is dissaembled ready for transport. Basins are still functioning. Debris and concrete waste is still present on site.
While performing the inspection a concrete truck cleaned out his truck beside the basin in a pit. It is recommended that the
rescission request not be granted until all dumping and construction activty has stopped. Also, the site needs to be cleaned
up of all debris and waste. The site needs to be restored to the condition it was prior to operations started.
