Amy: I apologize for that. I misunderstood Nicholle's notes, and just now realize that your March 26, 2020 email makes
that clear. It doesn't really change the facts we considered in our permit verification decision.
I am OK with leaving it the way it is, and putting these emails in the file to document the fact about the
washout. However, if you want me to revised the verification, I will be glad to do that.

Eric,
This statement in the NW isn't accurate. We hadn't installed to new pipe. It was the old pipe that washed out. We did
however change the type of pipe/pipes which resulted in the impacts being different once our Bridge Maintenance
Engineer had to look at it for repair/ replacement after the storm.
This verification is for replacement of the culvert that received NWP 14 verification in June, 2019, but was washed out by a storm
event in February, 2020, soon after it was built.
