The medical facility never tied in and the Sewer System permit for connection was rescinded. I verified that
with the School System earlier. So, the only flow is from the school.

I am not sure why ARO would have asked for such a change. So perhaps a cut and paste error.
Since it is a school and Johns River flows into Lake Rhodhiss it seems like all year monitoring makes more sense, if there
is no Permitting justification to lessen it to summer only. Also note: This WWTP does have another discharge tied into it;
a medical center —810 GPD, issued January 2015.

All 3 permits are issued in BIMS and ready for QC/QA.
I have a question about NC0050075. In the 2015 renewal, Sonia Gregory changed the year-round NH3 monitoring to
summer only — but there are no notes explaining why, nor is there a fact sheet for that renewal.
BIMS still shows year-round NH3 monitoring, as do the previous versions of the permit.
Was this change deliberate, or was it a cut -and -paste error that no one caught?
