and Engineering Departments. This approval is required prior to applying for the Construction
Stormwater General Permit (NCG010000). Application for this permit can be made at
https://deq.nc.gov/NCG01. Please contact the Town of Huntersville Erosion Control Inspector, Anne
Loftin (704-579-1090), to set up a pre-construction meeting after obtaining your Certificate of Coverage
(COC) from NCDEQ. Refer to the attached Fact Sheet for additional information.

Approved and stamped plans are accessible through the “Approved Package” section in EPM for
print. Please keep one set of stamped plans onsite at all times.
