A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20200703, is located at 122
Ridge Road, Chocowinity, within Beaufort County. The body of water closest to the project
location is Chocowinity Bay, and the site is within the Tar-Pamlico River Basin. DMF has no
