hold pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0507(h) due to insufficient information. On September 29th, we received your
response. While we can appreciate your predicament, we cannot hold a project "open" indefinitely. Therefore, this
project is being withdrawn from consideration. You may reapply, but a new fee and application will be required.
