Construction Plans - Carl Lloyd Parcel
Dear Mr. Cordello:
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed the construction plans received in this office on
December 2, 2009. DWQ found these plans to be acceptable and approves of proposed restoration
approach at this site.
In order to effect the initial credit release for the Carl Lloyd Parcel, you must provide DWQ with copies
of a recorded conservation easement for the site, and a copy of your performance bond. Once these
documents have been submitted, 20 percent of the credits will be released and will be available for sale.
Please note that the DWQ tracking number for the Carl Lloyd Parcel is 09-0858 v2. Please include this
number on all correspondence related to this project.
