crossing. It appears that they have a SW discharge coming from the road on the downstream side of the crossing. IT

Hi Alan,
We have received an initial interest form for an express review of the stormwater management plan (SMP) for the
Troutman Towne Center project. We are told they have already submitted their application for the 401 Cert. in the
Regular Program. I wanted to check the status of the application to determine when we can accept it into the Express
Program since we cannot issue the SMP Approval (version 2) ahead of the 401 Approval (version 1). So please let me
know how close you are to issuing the approval. If there's any question, please let me know. Thanks.
