Inspection Summary:
On June 2, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance to determine if adequate progress has been made in response to
the previously issues Notice of Violation (NOV). I met with Pat Boone on site. The issues in the NOV have been addressed
and the NOV has been resolved.
While a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has been assembled, and a plan is in place for monitoring, the
permittee is reminded that the next compliance inspection will be to determine that the SWPPP has been maintained and
that all monitoring has been done. A failure to complete all required monitoring and permit obligations will result in an
immediate Notice of Violation which may be subject to penalty.
