This email will suffice. I'll record it in the repository and withdraw the application in our BIMS database. Thank you all
for the response on this.

Is email good enough or is there a proper form to withdraw the permit app?

Brian I would like to withdraw the permit. I don't see us utilizing that pit for anything other than topsoil that is already
stockpiled in the near future. Thanks

So do you want to withdraw the dewatering application for NRMine? That means no pumping to the ditch or simpson
pit.
For the Hocutt, I remember Creighton having it from Central Office. I cannot answer the time frame on that, but I will
inquire. Did you submit O&M plan? That is usually the hold up.

Brian,
Nothing going on at these mines. Just routine clean up and maintenance as needed. On another note, Cullipher Group
submitted an application for a mine in Newport NC on Roberts Rd. Property owner is Richard Hocutt. It was about 3
acres. Chase Cullipher said he never heard back on anything. He emailed a few times as to the status. Could you
update me on that one?
You will also see something coming soon on the Thomas Pit out near East Carteret Highschool. Currently operated by
Carolina Bridge Company. I hope to be taking that one over in the near future. Withers Ravenal should be doing the
submittal on it.
Thanks

Hi Noah.
A long lost application has surfaced for the North River Club Mine. I think you never submitted the pumping O&M plan
to central office. I haven't been that far north in a while and don't know the status of these mines. Can you refresh my
memory and what do you want to happen with the application? We need to get this straight ASAP!
