Location/Description ofProposed Activity: Proiect is located approximately 0.5 miles southwest of
the intersection of 158 Bypass and SR 1300 (Easons Crossroads) on 158 Bypass, north of Gatesville
Gates County, North Carolina. The proposed activity will involve approximately 0 2 acres of fill for
the purpose of constructing a new t=ymnasium as well as areas sufficient to treat storm water
runoff.
