Gregg,
I conducted a site inspection last Friday at Bridgeton Boatworks and meet with the facility manager
Mike Weber. We discussed the unauthorized impacts within the buffer and the required
restoration. Mr. Weber agreed to restore the buffer to the previous existing condition of a grassed
lawn. I told Mr. Weber to provide DWR photographic documentation and DWR staff would conduct
a follow up inspection to confirm the requested corrective actions to abate the violation has been
completed. Following the close out inspection, DWR will issue the requested 401 and buffer
authorization.
