Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 5-26-20 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

We did exceed the permit limits for daily maximum for fecal with 48 MF on 3-3-20, TSS
with 12 mg/L on 3-17-20 and monthly average fecal of 31.75 MF. We took (6)
additional TSS’s to achieve the monthly average below 5 mg/L with a reported 4.85
mg/L. We did not catch the fecal issue to take additional resamples.

We understand the results were non-compliant but all very close to permitted limits
which are very low.

If a daily maximum is exceeded there isn’t any action to reduce this violation. The
operator did make adjustments to aeration to improve performance.
