The project name should be "Lyda Sue Moody Heirs." • A7,8—coordinates provided are for a location in Durham,not Raleigh. Coordinates must be site specific. (Tip: use Google Maps). • A14—you must list the impervious area that will exist once everything is built. • A15—use the NC Surface Water Classifications map to locate the immediate receiving waterbody. • B6,7—enter the country,not the county, in the address blocks. • B8—White Water Homes is not an individual. The ownership type is"Non-Government." • C7—enter the country,not the county, in the address block. • D1 —must match date on SECPA. • D2—capitalize"SEC." • D5 —upload the entire SECPA. There should be another page that shows the signature block at the end. • D8 —the project name on the NOI Certification Form must be updated to reflect the change in Ala. • E—Allen is the"Responsible Person named on this Notice of Intent" so select the first radial button.
