• 100 square foot pressure dosed recirculating sand filter with a 11.2 gpm dosing pump

• 1,500 gal storage/pump tank with a 14.0 gpm pump and audible/visual high water alarms

V. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
This staff report is being prepared for the renewal of SFR Permit WQ0015234. Due to COVID-19 and restrictions
place on WIRO staff, only a file review and phone interview with the Permittee was performed instead of a site visit.
The property, 490 Shell Hill Road, Sealevel, is a vacation property and is not occupied year around. There have been
no violations issued for this facility. The Permittee stated that Spectrum Environmental inspects and completes any
repairs needed to the SFR wastewater treatment and drip irrigation system once a year. A log book is kept on site to
record when the system is used. A spare bulb for the single UV light unit is on site.
According to the Permittee, there have been no changes to the SFR wastewater treatment or drip irrigation systems
and property lines have not changed since the last renewal.
