Inspection Summary:
On May 29, 2020 this facility was inspected to ascertain if adequate progress had been made in response to the previously
issued Notice of Violation. I met with Nathan Thompson on site. During the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) The Stormwater Pollution prevention plan has been updated and prepared for future use.
2) 1 discussed the recent monitoring data in relation to tier response at the facility with Mr. Thompson.
3) Secondary containment has been provided in all locations except for the large fuel storage area which Mr. Thompson
explained will be replaced in the coming months.
4) Several possible sources of COD exceedances were discussed and observed. Mr. Thompson has said he will be looking
into modifications to the process to address those problems.
The Notice of Violation shall remain open due to the remaining issues with secondary containment, but adequate progress
has been made to prevent further Notices or action at this time.
The permittee is directed to inform the regional office once the remaining modifications to the secondary containment on site
have been made.
