received December 09, 2019. However, additional information is required before the review may be
completed. Please address the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on March 22,
2020.

A. Soil Evaluation:
1. Field 10 has been mapped as mostly Rains series. On the site/soil evaluation it was noted that the
drainage ditches have artificially lowered water tables. Please provide more information on why
this determination was made.
2. Portion of Field 9 has been mapped as Rains. However, no soil boring was performed to verify this.
Please provide soil boring information to verify that the portion of the field is Rains or remove that
portion from the application area.
