Mr. Fox — although the ownership change for the subject permit was entered into our database in 2018, 1 could not
verify that a revised permit had been send to your company.
I'm therefore attaching a revised permit showing Lincoln Terminal Company as the owner of NC0046531. I apologize for
the error. If you did receive ownership change documentation in 2019, please forward it to me. There is no copy in our
files.
Also note that the permit expires on May 31'. Please submit your renewal request as soon as possible.
