Kanuga Conferences should request the flow limit reduction with its permit renewal application, which is due 6/4/2020.
We can incorporate the flow reduction in the permit renewal, if the ARO has no objections.

Subject: Kanuga Conference WWTP renewal
Hi Charles,
I was speaking with Dwayne Owens yesterday about the permit renewal for Kanuga Conference Center WWTP and he
was hoping to get the permitted flow down to 30,000 gpd so that the flow proportional composite sampling
requirement could be waived.
How difficult would it be for this change to happen, and what actions should Mr. Owens take to make it happen? I've
got Mr. Owens CC'd on this email.
Thanks,
Daniel Boss
