Seeding, mulching and matting is progressing in construction areas that have been completed. All fill areas appear to be in good condition. The main work area is the large rock cut, at the S-curves, near the top of the project. Some work with cut and fill continues in the middle of the project and the contractor is working at the lower end of the project and is cutting in a road to begin drilling and blasting. Land Quality indicated that the project was in compliance with the sediment and erosion control regulations.
