Project appeared to be in good condition. Sediment and erosion control program appears to
be in good shape. Seeding, mulching and matting is progressing in construction areas that
have been completed. All fill areas appear to be in good condition. The main work area is
the large rock cut, at the S-curves, near the top of the project. Some work with cut and fill
continues in the middle of the project and the contractor is working at the lower end of the
project and is cutting in a road to begin drilling and blasting.
Land Quality indicated that the project was in compliance with the sediment and erosion
control regulations.
