To Whom It May Concern:
EMA Resources Inc. is submitting this application for the renewal and modification of permit
number WQ0002376. When approved, this renewal and modification will include the following
changes/additions:
Delete multiple sites where deaths or new owners have decided not to participate
2 fields were split into new fields based on new parcel lines. No new permitted acreage
is involved but they are new field numbers. The sites are:
o Site RC125-03 has been split into two field (3 and 4) where parcels have been
sold
o Site RC125-02 has been split into two fields (2 and 5) because part of the field is
in grass and part is in row crop
We are requesting the fallowing .sites be renewed but the Landowner agreements are
not included in this package. These sites will not be used until a completed landowner
agreement has been signed and submitted to DWR.
o Site RC019 — Mary Stanley has died and we are in the process of trying to
determine who is the current owner. The operator, Thomas Carter, is unsure of
who now owns it and the Rockingham County Tax office still shows Mary Stanley
as the owner. We will update as soon as we are able to determine who owns it.
o Site RC118 — Doug Merritt lives in Colorado and the operator, Barry Knight, is
having trouble getting in touch with him to get an landowner agreement signed
and notarized. We will update as soon as it is received.
In addition, all of the maps have been redrawn using ArcMap software and the acreages
are now more accurate to what they actually are.
