This letter is in response to NOV-2020-MV-0076, frequency violation for Total Nitrogen in March
2020.
On 3/18/20 the NO2+NO3 samples were collected, but the TKN sample was missed. This
prevented us from performing the Total Nitrogen calculation for the month. Once discovered, we
promptly notified your office
To alleviate this reoccurring, we have since clearly posted all sampling schedules in the lab, and
gone through these schedules with all Operators.
