On April 29, 2020, the Division's Mooresville Regional Office recommended proceeding with the proposed plan with the following comment. ® Please add RBSW-08 to be sampled. during this sampling event. Manganese was noted to be more than twice the observed concentrations at up -gradient locations (RBSW-01 and RBSW-02) and a confirmatory sample is warranted Any modifications or revisions to the approved revised Plan will need to be reviewed and approved by the DWR prior to implementation.
