sedimentation control plans, stormwater management plans, etc.).

Per 15A NCAC 02T.0402, "high -priority sewer" means "any aerial sewer, sewer contacting surface waters, siphon, or sewer

have judged it to be consistent with the proposed design.

Attached for your review and approval are the following items for Fast Track Sewer System
Application permitting for the Alamance Community School in the City of Graham located at the
intersection of Jimmie Kerr Road and Kronbergs Court in Alamance County:
• One (1) check written to the amount of $480.00 for application fee. Check made payable
to North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ);
• One (1) original and one (1) copy of the completed and executed Fast Track Application;
• One (1) original and one (1) copy of the completed and executed Flow
Tracking/Acceptance Form;
• One (1) copy of an 8.5" x 11" USGS topography map; and
• One (1) aerial map of project area.
The project includes the installation of approximately 544 linear feet of gravity sewer that will tie
into an 8 inch diameter existing gravity sewer to the City of Graham W WTP — NCO021211.
