Per our discussion, I'm going to put this project on hold until we can get the requested information. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502 (c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received within 30 calendar days, of receipt of this email, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee. See questions below and attached markup. I'll wait to put it on hold until we can discuss. 1. Under stream impacts of the PCN, 1. states that the total permanent stream impacts are 115 If. Can you clarify that this is correct? Based on the impact table, I wasn't sure how that number was reached. Also, usually there is an impact table on the last page of the plans. I didn't receive that. Can you resend? [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)] 2. The project is subject to the Stormwater Permit NCS000250. Please provide a Stormwater Management Plan (SMP). [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)] 3. 1 have also attached a markup of the plans from our Stormwater Engineer. See Comments attached. 4.
