Dear Mr. Cranford,
This is letter is intended to provide information requested by your office in Condition No. 13 of the 401
Certification referenced above. C1earWater Environmental Consultant, Inc. personnel conducted a survey
assessment upstream from the completed dredging activity. A site location map is included for review
(Figure 1). Summary information is presented in this letter with supporting figures of the longitudinal
profile (Figure 2) and cross section (Figure 3), as well as representative photos. The survey assessment
and qualitative observations indicate that the stream is stable with no significant changes to either
dimension or profile.
