That is an old PIN but it brings us to a new?YIN of 9639-00-1739-00000.
That tax record has 537 Hazel Mill Road. Our GIS maps show a sewer line following the northern property line with
many cleanouts mapped on the line. It's hard for ute to determine from my desk if a sewer connection actually exists
and where. The City of Asheville is also billing for sewer service on the Combined Services Statement that they issue.
The most recent customer is Classic Event Rental.
We also have several sewer tap applications on file for this address. The most current one is for Classic Event Rental in
2009 - with a fixture addition;the application states that the sewer connection is existing and the water source is
Asheville Water.

HI Charles,
Each year we go through a task for Vanessa trying to track down built/not built facilities.
In 2014 Janet went through the task of verifying that the subject system is on the sewer
system. I have attached her email corresponding with MSD the sewer district.
Fees have never been paid on this system, we doubt it was ever even built.
It should be rescinded or made inactive. Can you take care of this for us?

Larry, the subject Coo was recently reissued to Ms. Sallie Broach at 116
Glen Falls Road in Asheville.
When I issud the Coo, I misspelled her name as Branch rather than
Broach. She called to ask me to correct that typo, and also noted that
the CoC had been issued for her home address. Her home does not need
coverage under NCG550000, so we determined that she should fax me the
CoC with the correct address info.
When she sent me the fax, I discovered that the CoC should not have been
issued to Ms. Broach at all. A subsequent telephone call confirmed the
following:
Ms. Broach works at Just Ducky Originals, located at 1575 Jenkins Valley
Road in Alexander. That is the former mailing address for the Permittee
originally covered by NCG550726.
Neither Ms. Broach's home address [116 Glen Falls Drive/Asheville] nor
Just Ducky Originals [1575 Jenkins Valley Road/Alexander] currently
requires coverage under NCG550000.
The original location covered by NCG550726 is 637 Hazel Mill Road in
Asheville. Max Haner's 1994 staff report locates the facility
"approxlmately 400 feet west of the intersection of NCSR 1333 (Hazel
Mill Road)and NCSR 1338 in the Emma section of Buncombe County near
Asheville".
I'm sending a letter to Ms. Broach rescinding coverage under NCG550000.
However, if you have info that suggests she's wrong about needing
coverage at her ho".or workplace, let me know. Those locations would
have to apply for new NCG550000 CoCs; NCG550726 remains tied to the
Hazel Mill Road site.
If you have any new info on the current owner[and discharge status 09
the Hazel Mill Road site, I'd be grateful for it.
Thanks for all your help hunting down these expired CoCs.
