from High Vista Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., related to the Notice of Violation and
Recommendation for Enforcement, issued November 8, 2006.
DWQ has reviewed the information provided and conducted a follow-up site visit on December
11, 2009. The written response and the buffer restoration results observed at the site have
satisfactorily resolved the violations noted in the subject Notice of Violation and
