Hi James,
The following are the corrections needed on your next NOI submission:
• Ala and D8—list "Lot 26 Springwood Acres" as the project name, instead of the street address,that way it
matches what's on the SECSLPA.
• A14—post-construction impervious area must be listed in acres,not square feet.
• A15b—use the NC Surface Water Classifications map to determine the correct index number for Little
Beaverdam Creek.
• A16a—your project IS subject to the NC SPCA.
• D1 —must match approval date listed on SECSLPA.
• E—as you did on the NOI Certification Form, enter your name as the `Organization.'
The NOI form now has the capability to load most entries from a previously submitted NOI. You just need to select `Yes'
for the first question and enter NOI No. 26034.From there,you can make the necessary changes.
