BEGINNING at a set iron on the East bank of a ditch Northeastern corner of Robert Dorton and in the Southern
edge of the Right of Way for NC Highway 24/27 and running with said Right of Way North 83-39-31 East 331.27
feet to a right of way marker; thence North 89-39-10 East 250.95 feet to a point; thence along the Western edge of
a 60' Right of Way South 30-45-12 West 121.56 feet (passing on line an iron at 1117 feet); thence with said Right
of Way South 58-08-33 West 598.08 feet to a point in the Calvin Ritchie property (passing on line an iron at 522.27
feet); thence with the Eastern of edge of Ritchie North 46-11-14 West 270.72 feet to an iron in a ditch (passing on
line an iron at 247.49 feet) corner of Robert Dorton; thence with Robert Dorton North 43-35-56 East 268.73 feet to
the point of BEGINNING, containing 3.87 acres, more or less, as surveyed by Rogeli E. Hunsucker, RLS, dated
