Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to ort.s am nc. ov Hi Lauren and Rob. One other item for this project: Based on my consultation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, they are rightly concerned about known populations of endangered mussel species in Swift Creek. As such they send the following recommendation regarding development in the southern portion of the Magnolia Walk project: "In order to avoid and minimize erosion and sedimentation ... into Swift Creek, we recommend that the applicant leave individual lots vegetated until construction on that particular lot is ready to occur. This is especially important for the lots on the south end of the Action Area. Since this area appears to be mostly unforested, hopefully it will not be a burden to the applicant." Please let me know if you have any questions. -Dave Bailey David E.
