Hey Kim,
I hope all is well. Tyler Benson and I are reviewing this application, and we see it's along Calabash Creek, but the plans
do not depict Calabash Creek in relation to the proposed project. Further, the PCN indicates the project does not meet
the requirements for low density stormwater. At this time, we are requesting updated project drawings to include the
location of Calabash Creek, along with clarification of the stormwater application process (i.e. low vs. high density).
