Please find attached the renewal application and its attachments for the City of Lexington's
Water Treatment Plants #1 and #2. Also attached are two copies of this application package.
Let me use this opportunity to notify the state that it is our intention to increase the drying bed
capacity for this facility by 50% within the next two years. Plans for this will be submitted with
the request for an authorization to construct in 2014.
