Location: The project site is located at 106 Cedar Point Blvd., Cedar Point, Carteret
County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to perform maintenance excavation adjacent to the
existing Dudley's Marina. The excavation would consist of 9,370 yd3 of
material being removed within the area of disturbance of the existing marina.
