Onslow County, NC M:AY 1 4 �i3�0 Fast Track Sewer Application Dear Mr. Hunkele: Per our previous email conversation concerning the existing 4" Sewage Force Main (SFM), along US Hwy 258/NC Hwy 24, that was permitted to serve the Trade Wilco #32, Permit No. WQ002900, this submittal is being applied for to split the existing permit into two permits. One permit will be for the existing 4-inch SFM within the NCDOT R/W. This will be permitted to Blue Creek Utilities, Inc. The other permit will be for the existing private pump station and the existing 2-inch on the convenience store site. This will be permitted to Williams Family Heirs, LLC, Edwin L. Clark, Manager, 3675 Marine Drive, Greenville, NC 27834. They are the current owners of the property and building and they lease it to Speedway. I contacted Mr. Edwin Clark and he has agreed to allow the existing permit to be split into two permits. Please find enclosed the following: 1) One original and one copy of the Fast Tract Sewer Application, 2) One copy of the letter from Mr. Clark dated May 11, 2020. 3) One Check in the amount of $480.00. 4) One portion of the USGS Map. 5) One copy of the Overall Blue Creek Utilities Sewer Map.
