Site inspection 05/20/2020 at Carolina Technical Plastics located at 901 Industrial Drive at the Craven Industrial Park near
New Bern, NC. Contacted Mr. Tony Koonce (252-639-2283)during site visit. Based on my site observations & discussion
with Mr. Tony Koonce, all previously noted exposure issues (see 01/15/2020 site inspection) have been resolved by the
company. A No Exposure Certification letter will be sent to the industry.
