Please provide full-sized plan sheets of the entire site at a scale of 1" = 50' or larger. 2. Per the requirements of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule, the stormwater that is discharged from the dry detention basin during the design storm must be discharged through a correctly designed level spreader. Level spreader design requirements are set forth in Chapter 8 of the North Carolina Stormwater BMP Manual, available at: httpa/h2o.enr.state,nc.us/su?`bmp forms htm. Please provide a Level Spreader Supplement Form for each proposed level spreader, available at the same web site. Please include the Required Items checklist and all items listed therein. 3. Please provide plan details for the proposed dry detention basin, including a table of elevations and incremental storage volumes. Please explain why the storm intensity decreases from 5.78 to 1.33 in/hr throughout a 60-minute storm duration as shown on the submitted spreadsheet. Based on the DWQ's calculations, it appears that that peak flow from the proposed dry detention basin will be much greater than 1.83 cfs as stated. If that is the case, the system will need to be redesigned for the appropriate flow rate. 4. Please provide specifications for topsoil and sod in the filter strip downslope of the proposed level spreader. Please provide watering specifications to establish the sod.
