Based on the photos you have forwarded to me today it appears that the outlets of both channels have been
restored/re-established to comply with the riprap design as approved during 404/401 permitting. Thank you
for your detailed attention to the discussions we had on site last month. No further action is necessary at this
time, however it is important that these areas be regularly inspected as part of the long term stormwater
management plan for the school. Should the areas become unstable at any of the outlet locations in the
future the Division should be notified upon discovery.
