Hi Melonie
After reviewing the planting season data from Scott King, the IRT discussed St. Clair and the information
provided supports what's in the mitigation plan. We agree with the 5% SMU credit release (163.7) for this
year, plus the 10% (327.4) SMU from last year.
We agree with the 5% WMU credit release (0.140) for this year.
We will require an additional year of monitoring on the wetlands, streams, and vegetation, and will add this to
the list of sites to visit next year (2021).
