My reasoning being at the Buchanans are the only people involved who I can be re will ever own Lot 220. You as the Realtor involved in possible sale of lot 220 do not own the lot and likely ver will and the Vices, as possible buyers, may not rchase the lot. Should the Vices purchase the property, Permit can be transferred over to them for a fee of 00.00 accompanied by a copy of the deed.. I have looked at the construction plans for the oposed wastewater treatment system and notice that the r_ans call for corrugated sewer pipe. Our experience has been that corrugated sewer pipe is relatively -fragile and during the construction process or later during the passage of vehicular traffic might be crushed.. I would suggest that the plans be modified to show the use of perforated schedule 40 plastic pipe instead.
